We are looking for a Product Owner, join our Tetra Recart Programme Management team!
We are looking for a Product Owner in Tetra Recart Programme within Development & Technology organization. You will be leading a cross-functional team to develop the packaging material and packages for tomorrow. You will be part of a dynamic working environment and collaborative community.
The position will be based in Lund (Sweden) and you will report to the Director Tetra Recart Programme.
What you will do
As a Product Owner you will lead a cross-functional SCRUM team to deliver technologies/solutions to customers and consumers as well as to our converting factories. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within Development & Technologies as well as Packaging Solutions, Converting Factory, Finance & Supplier Management and Market Operations as well as customers.
You will also be part of the Program Management team, where a programme plan is set to place products in the market as per the Tetra Recart roadmap.
You will be leading product development projects in a global environment with opportunities for personal growth and career development.
Main responsibilities
Managing overall project execution, including resource and project planning, budget, long term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, business needs and reporting to governance forums
Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective, including industrialization and deployment, as well as continuous improvement of both products and way-of-working
Collaborate with peers to ensure good system deliveries and programme team to actively give input on the future roadmap of your area

We believe you have
You are a passionate leader who strives to maximise the output of your team. You get motivated by introducing new Tetra Recart solutions to the market that are valued by customers and consumers. You have a good understanding of packaging solutions including converting technology, packaging materials as well as base materials.
You have experience in Project or Product Management and preferably agile way of working.
You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 8 years working experience in product development. We believe that you have 3-5 years of project management experience.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. Furthermore, you are a good collaborator who can collect information from different sources and have the ability to conclude into an actionable plan.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills able to negotiate and communicate both in general and technical terms. You have strong stakeholders’ management ability as you would interact with high level stakeholders.
Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
