About the role

We are looking for a strong software Product Owner to our product domain “Sender” to help us continue to innovate and deliver products towards our company customers. You will lead the growth of the product within the communication and interaction area. Building new services for ingestion of different content and interactions on top. Seeking a new position on the market beyond being a digital distributor of content. The goal is to broaden the benefits Kivra delivers to our B2B customers and become an even more valuable digitalization partner.

The Product Owner role at Kivra is at the center of every development cycle, responsible for maximizing the value of the products created by a product development team. You will define the vision and strategy for the product, identify tactics, identify and build partnerships and help develop solutions.



Responsibilities and tasks

- Owns team objectives and key results

- Assess value, develop and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.

- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.

- Managing the product backlog

- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate a future investment.

- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, support and sales.

- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product area.

- Ability to innovate creative solutions for complex problems by having a high-performing team.



To be successful in the role we think you have

- Previous working experience as a Product Owner (+5 year) leading a cross functional team.

- Used to work with data and insights for understanding and measuring the outcome.

- A customer-centric approach for product prioritization.

- Good interpersonal communication skills and can work as a bridge between stakeholders, tech and other product teams.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.

- In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.

- Great at managing expectations regarding scope, technical platform and time.

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus.
