The Role
In this position you will be employed by Etraveli Group at the Stockholm office and work exclusively with the TripStack brand. You will take part of the performance-driven environment we pride ourselves to have created for our teams. We come to work ready, to challenge and be challenged. As part of the product team, your primary responsibility will be to support the Product Manager (also based in Stockholm) with Airline API & Consolidator Connections. You will work with stakeholders, clients and scrum teams to make sure the end product meets business requirements and aligns with overall business goals.
Define & prioritize product goals and translate them into features
Collect feedback from end users and stakeholders
Ensure technical teams follow product defined guidelines and processes
Work directly with Project and Engineering Managers to oversee product development
Create and managing the API product backlog and ensure the product backlog is communicated to all teams
Closely oversee the technical integration of APIs and understand the architecture behind the scenes
Help to keep internal technical teams accountable for quality output and product delivery
Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process
Attend sprint ceremonies and retros sessions as the product subject matter expert
Help to determine acceptance criteria and testing use cases with QA
Establish product requirements and user expectations with the Scrum team
Scope features, define value propositions, and identify success metrics
Monitor traffic/sales received from clients always questioning discrepancies
Establish strong relationships with Airlines and Consolidators, attending regular development meetings with a focus of collectilvely optimizing API connections.
Requirements
Strong technical skills and + 4 years of experience focusing on API integrations
Strong experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research
Ability to translate business needs and customer insights to user stories and prioritized backlog items
Output and delivery driven; experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role with significant context switching
The ability to dig in deep. Ability to find the balance between user needs and business goals while questioning and validating assumptions along the way
Passion for problem solving and root cause analysis

Previous experience in development or QA roles is considered an asset as well as well-rounded travel industry experience (with focus on NDC, GDS or Consolidators).
