Job Summary
Would you like to become a Product Owner within the Top Issues Programme team in Development &Technology Programme Management?
Within Development and Technology Programme Management, the Top Issues Programme has been created to enable net sales growth by providing solutions that secure performance of packaging installed base. The TI Programme team, present both in Modena and Lund, manages projects within the SCRUM framework to develop and deploy solutions to the customer top issues.
This position will be permanent and located in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. Travel is limited.
What you will do
As our new Product Owner, you will lead a dedicated cross functional team to manage several projects aimed at solving the customer top issues.
You will focus on:
• Lead the cross-functional SCRUM team to develop and deploy solutions, with strong customer focus.
• Deliver the projects according to agreed scope, time and budget.
• Manage the complexity given by the simultaneous execution of several projects.
• Control, consolidate and communicate project status using visual management approach.
• Contribute to streamline and standardize customer top issue management.
• Ensure the structured application of Problem-Solving Methodology to issue resolution
We believe you have
To be successful in this position, you have at least 3-5 years of experience of successfully delivering multiple projects and you possess good project management skills.
You probably have a relevant University degree (preferably within engineering/science) and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
We seek a result-oriented person with high customer focus.
You have a structured approach towards problem solving and possess good integration management skills. With ability to navigate and steer through a complex project environment.
As an informal leader you can build a productive cross functional team.
You know when to involve what competences and are able to coach different capabilities for best results.
You are familiar with Problem Solving Methodology and Scrum principles.
You’re comfortable communicating at all levels of organisation, dealing with different stakeholders in the organisation.
Furthermore, you’re open and flexible to change when working with new framework and methodology.
