What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a Product Owner for Managed Workstation in the Digital Workplace product cluster. Managed Workstation is divided into the areas of Configuration-, Print- and Virtual Workstation Management. You get the opportunity to run a big product team, setting the roadmap, strategy and vision for Managed Workstation within Volvo Cars. 
We are in the frontline when it comes to providing a modern digital workplace combined with evergreen solutions enabling new technologies and ways of working for larger enterprises, and one of your responsibilities is to drive the area into even higher levels of cutting-edge technologies. We are also in the beginning of building our Digital Employee Experience, and how our product will tap in is for you and the team to explore. 
What you’ll do 
You will be Volvo Cars’s Product Owner for Managed Workstation, articulating and consistently emphasizing the short- and long-term vision of the product and its services to the team and relevant stakeholders. You will own, decide, prioritize and refine the objectives and expected key outcome in the Team Backlog. You will ensure that the product requirements are in alignment with the overall strategy.
You will review and reprioritize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for increment including coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners. You involve the team in backlog refinement to achieve minimum handover and maximum joint understanding.
Another important part is to work with Product Managers to define and maintain the roadmaps with the non-functional requirements to manage operational risks and keep our IT systems safe, modern and evergreen whilst maintainable and always on.
You will govern and be responsible for the global services providing Windows and Mac configuration management, Desktop and App sessions, Pull and push print-out and Workstation Health Monitoring.
You will be the main stakeholder and work close with our suppliers in our joint venture to develop and provide these services and managing the underlying agreements.
Do you fit the profile? 
We believe that you have deep experience of working with physical- and virtual workstation management in larger enterprises. You have a deep knowledge in workstation configuration management, i.e., designing, managing and maintaining Windows/MacOS as well as Virtualization platforms to provision services in the Digital Workplace scope. 
You are experienced in supplier management, writing service agreements and related requirements, outcome and service level targets and used to drive negotiations. In summary, we believe that you have:

•    Minimum a university or IT degree at a Bachelor level or equivalent work experience
•    Experience of Agile processes (Scrum & SAFe)
•    Experience of Virtual Workstation & Configuration Management
•    Knowledge in Print-out services and technologies
