What's in it for you?
You will be part of the Test Objects & Test Environment (TOTE) ART at R&D Digital. Our mission is to provide the product verification organizations with best-in-class digital solutions and support to ensure an efficient product verification and customer validation.

We seek to strengthen our Diamond product with a servant leader who will be setting the course for this agile product and taking it to the next level. The Diamond product has its base within the calibration, diagnostics, and measurement domains and manages a variety of applications supporting the business in the verification process. The product covers all aspects of application management and thus maintains responsibilities within the development, support, packaging, installation, license management, and contract negotiations. 

What you’ll do:
As Product Owner, you’ll be deciding upon priorities in the backlog from a technical and business perspective and continuously keep open dialogues with stakeholders. You will take responsibility for creating, refining, following up on features, and coordinating the dependencies with other teams.

Who you are:
We are looking for you who have a strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture, someone with the ability to inspire and motivate the team in working towards a common goal. You have a basic understanding of the Calibration, Diagnostics, and Measurement domains but also, have experience from working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability.

We see you have experience working with global stakeholders, both within business and digital/IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication.  You are motivated by working collaboratively in teams and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback.  We notice you have experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies. Last but not least, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Is meritorious if  you have:
 • Knowledge of applications and hardware provided by suppliers like Vector, ETAS, DSPACE, and National Instruments.  
 • Awareness of automotive hardware testing components like ECU, RIGS, and BoxCar-
 • An understanding of the IT infrastructure needed to support tools used for Calibration, Diagnostics, and Measurement-
 • An insight into areas of Cybersecurity, ECU communication, S/W Download, and Azure Cloud-
 • Experience from the Product Owner role-
 • Experience from working with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.
