The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who is up to a new challenge to further advance their skills and career in a great working environment. In this role, you are going to provide vision and direction to the Agile development Squad throughout the project and elicit the requirements for our flagship web merchant portal, characterized as a self-service front-end oriented portal leans on UI/UX features.

The team
You will be joining a team of 7 great and friendly individuals who has strong focus on CD\CI, in a company with a strong diversified and multicultural environment, using reliable tooling suite & environment (Atlassian suite), to become the best version of yourself, because we put a strong emphasis on personal growth with training, mentoring and internal mobility.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
You build, Plan and prioritize product and technical feature backlog
You manage the Squad's Roadmap and budget through project management skills (Burn Up - Return on Investment - Visual Roadmaps - Risk Assessment)
You handle the backlog and the "Iterative Planning" of the User Stories
You find the right balance between Functional and Non-Functional Requirements added to the sprint, to increase both functionality and reliability of the product
Technology watch - Innovations is a meaningful aspect of the job, and you're first line to propose them
Managing platform risks and evolutions (Kill the Technical Debt)
Be the guardian together with the Scrum Master of the Agile principles, and convey them to the Squad

You have proven relevant experience as a product owner.
You are delivery focus to finish what we start and able to make final calls for product decisions.
You are organized and excellent in partners management to facilitate ideation process and make it become a Product Backlog.
You are open for change with creative thinking to formulate the vision(s) and express what is needed.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to arbitrate and make fast decisions are your strength points.
Last gate to PROD deliveries of final products is where you stand.
Proficiency level in the English language
