Product Management professionals with a passion for creating customer value
Do you want to work on topics of strategic importance for Nordea’s Personal Banking Area? We are currently looking for a Product Owner – to help deliver great experience for our customers.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Capability Area Product Management, we are a best in class people organization that support Nordea’s strategic agenda by attracting, retaining and growing Product Management Professionals.
As the Product Owner, you will play a valuable role in designing and implementing solutions that bring value to our customers and to Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
* Practice agile principles and work in an agile framework, and proactively propose improvements to the agile setup you are part of
* Work together with business stakeholders to translate high level business demand into more concrete features and user stories, and align on the prioritization
* Put your technical skills to good use to explore options for - and help shape - the best solutions that create customer value
* Extract knowledge and understandable insights from data in various forms, and facilitate data driven decision making
* Be proactive facilitator in getting the right people together
* Network effectively to get to know your stakeholders in the organization
You will join the Product management Capability area team in Stockholm metropolitan area where you will continuously develop your skills within Product Management. You will be assigned to an agile development hub and be a part of a cross-functional agile team, working towards a shared business purpose.

* Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can build a bridge between people, technology and different business areas
* Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset with ability to both see the big picture, as well as the underlying details
* Are genuinely interested to work with architectural solution options and technical deliveries including different kind of integrations
* Have experience working with multiple project deliveries within tight deadlines and you are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
* Are proactive and self-driven person who wants to get things done
* Are passionate about learning and putting your knowledge into practice to deliver concrete results
Your experience and background:
* You might have a background as an experienced business developer, IT analyst, Product Owner and Agile ways of working (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Agile-Lean), want to be a part of changing how financial services are offered
* You have experience in requirement analysis and can communicate requirements using visualization tools and methods, such as process modelling, use case modelling etc.
* You live in Stockholm region and are ready to work in a hybrid working model where you have the flexibly to work from home for a couple of days a week
* You are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish
