Take the next step in your DevOps career as a Product Owner and join our team in continuously providing suitable development tools to other software engineers/Developers at Scania.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for further development and taking the next step into a Product Owner role with some coordination. You will be part of the Devtools group comprising other POs, and architects with extensive knowledge. This team is responsible for providing suitable development tools to the software engineers/Developers in Scania for them to swiftly build and release software into the cloud, self-driving vehicles, etc. This role will require coordination, driving, and continuous automate this process/method in a tool management system.
Our mission
Scania is currently undergoing a Law requirement for audit called UNECE R155 compliance which is crucial for the type approval of our vehicles in January 2023. This audit includes the review of a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS). To meet this legal requirement a Scania tool evaluation and qualification method has been developed. To manage this process and system we need a PO to be responsible for this Tool Management system in close cooperation with R&D. Currently, the tool portfolio comprises well-known development software such as Gitlab Enterprise, Gitlab, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Perforce, JFrog Artifactory, and more.
Your profile
For you to thrive in the role of Product Owner you have the following:
• Project Manager Experience, e.g. Scrum Master or Product owner
• Software development environment
• Work experience from larger organizations
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with others
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Meriting Qualifications
• DevOps Experience
• Python
