Job Description
Pax2Pay is seeking a focused and results-driven Product Owner to partner with our engineering teams. As a Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and success of our payment solutions. Leveraging your analytical mindset and software development knowledge, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our product roadmap to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
Roadmap Execution
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to define and prioritise product features and initiatives.
Be involved in and support the development of a clear and comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Work with the Engineering team to support the software development cycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and release.
Apply sound prioritisation techniques to manage the product roadmap effectively, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
Continuously refine and groom the roadmap to maintain clarity and readiness for development.
Communication and Collaboration
Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product and sales.
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure smooth product adoption and customer success.
Requirements
Needed
Some experience with Software Engineering
Proactive mentality with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and profitability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Beneficial
Experience working with a card issuing or an SAAS, or within other fintech or banking environment
Software development knowledge to provide insights throughout the development lifecycle.
Knowledge of product roadmap and lifecycle management principles.
