What You’ll Do
As a Product Owner, you will lead a team responsible for driving the integration and verification of software in our vehicles. You'll define strategic focus areas, create roadmaps, and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless software delivery. Collaborating closely with teams across our global network, including colleagues in Gothenburg and Shanghai, you'll set up efficient workflows, optimize development processes, and strengthen our software delivery capability. Your leadership will help foster a high-performing, innovative team that ensures our vehicles meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong project management skills and a passion for software development and testing. You have experience in creating and optimizing continuous integration (CI) flows, test environments, and embedded systems. You're a natural communicator, thrive in collaborative environments, and can make independent decisions when needed. With 8-10 years of experience in embedded software systems, leadership skills, and a passion for Agile methodologies, you’ll bring a strategic mindset and delivery focus to the team.
