Today we deliver to different automotive brands in the Geely family such as Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, and Lynk & Co and are based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

As a Product Owner within Customer Apps & Services team, you will be responsible to drive a product vision through all stages of its lifecycle by setting the roadmap and managing and prioritizing the backlog. You will act to secure that features are delivered in time and drive quality through the product lifecycle. You will be responsible of planning for competence and budget needed accordingly. You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will be working in a social environment, which requires you to be a communicative person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships. You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant foras and communities. The product is a collection of AI based perception features within the interior of a mobility service product. As a product owner, your role is to prioritize and continuously deploy features and updates over time. You will work within an agile cross-functional team containing multiple competencies such as machine learning, software development, user experience/design, data science and many more.

What You'll Do:

- You'll ensure that our products create value for our customers, users, and our company
- Define and communicate clearly, the vision of the product or very large feature sets
- Work with cross-functional teams which comprises of User Experience, product definition, engineering and business stakeholders
- Define epics/user stories that deliver end-to-end customer value
- Break down execution into roadmap items over a 6-24 months period
- Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with clear bias for informed action and leading new initiatives with limited resources and support


Who You Are:

- You have 6+ years of experience in software product development
- You have experience in Agile product development
- You have experience in launching one or two AI/ML products/features to market
- You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach
- You are a decisive leader with strong negotiation skills
- You have built up a passion for excellence, development and ability to support building an innovative culture
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
