What we are looking for:
We are recruiting a Product Owner for Aleris Healthcare Sweden. You will join a growing team of highly skilled software developers on our journey to deliver first class digital solutions to our patients and care staff.
Among all, the software engineering team will focus on delivering digital tools to:
• Make the patient journey seamless and safe
• Empower care staff by allowing them to spend less time on administration
• Enable our many care units to treat more patients
We are currently in the early stages of building our in-house software engineering capability, and this is a great possibility to get onboard early! Some may call this “green field”.
Aleris has a strong owner in Triton, and the board has set a very clear digitalization strategy. You will be instrumental in realizing the vision of achieving best-in-class patient satisfaction with the help of digital tools!
What will you do?
You will thrive in the intersection between Business Development, Marketing & Communication and Software Engineering. You will gain deep knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of our EMR systems. You will translate strategy to actions for the engineering team and you will ensure the backlog and roadmap is maintained. You will own every aspect of the product we build and make sure we have a process in place to ensure patient safety in every release. You will facilitate the software engineering way of working through the best suited methods and rituals. You will manage the stakeholders and gain and maintain the domain knowledge of our many care units throughout Sweden.
Sounds like a big enough challenge?

We believe you have a passion for making a difference in society and want to apply your digital skills to realize it!
