What you'll do?
We are now hiring a Product Owner within Vision Development, a newly formed organization within Veoneer at our Linköping office. The department is responsible for developing the next generation Vision platform and reference products integrating hardware and software. Within Vision Development the teams are working cross-functionally based on Lean and Agile principles.

As Product Owner, you will join our Vision Development management team and take responsibility for the end-to-end launch of the Vision product that will serve as reference for all upcoming next generation Vision project adaptations. You will collaborate with Product Owners in other Veoneer product areas all across the globe as well as work in close collaboration with our cross-functional development teams and architects to shape and refine the product backlog.

In an ever-changing business environment, your ability to quickly gain insights into new business needs and continuously review, refine, and communicate changing priorities in an understandable way, will be key. As will your ability to identify and communicate associated opportunities and risks.

The role of Product Owner requires both intimate technical knowledge and understanding of the full scope of the Vision product, as well as business acumen, in order to secure a successful go-to-market plan and delivery.

You will be expected to work proactively and manage multiple tasks effectively, as well as engage, influence, and inspire teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

In your position as Product Owner you will be accountable for:

- development and delivery of the Vision reference product
- the Vision reference product’s technical solution
- the Vision reference product quality
- translate the overall product roadmap into an actionable product backlog
- development of appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance for both internal and external stakeholders
- communication of product objectives
- communication of roadmap and vision



What you'll bring:
The position requires deep knowledge and understanding of product management and Agile ways of working. Experience from the automotive industry or similar is meriting.

The position requires a background and experience within product development and processes from requirements to test coverage, integrating hardware and software.

The position requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships.

Meriting experiences: product owner experience from the automotive industry or similar, CI, Agile and Lean principles, as well as methods and work with safety-critical systems.

To succeed in this position, we prefer that you have:

- Experience of product management
- Good knowledge in Agile, Lean and DevOps methodology
- Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams
- Good English and Swedish skills, spoken and written
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
