Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Operationally coordinating, documenting, and collecting business requirements, focusing on the impact on digital channels and processes.
Leading the digital requirements work to ensure good user experiences and optimize business outcomes through digital channels and processes.
Participating in acceptance tests of digital development based on business and functional requirements.
Developing and communicating the roadmap within the product area.
Prioritizing and planning relevant product backlogs to drive results.
Analyzing and drawing conclusions from data in digital interfaces to enhance digital services for the business.
Updating guidelines and other documentation relevant to the digital area and participating in ongoing training initiatives.
Responsible for driving proactive development of the bank’s digital channels, services and processes in support of product and business operations with the main focus on contributing to increased digital business.
Responsible for ensuring that the bank has digital support for customer processing and customer service and otherwise enabling the implementation of a digital business model throughout the bank with a focus on digital access and self-service for increased business capacity, improved customer experience and efficiency.
Responsible for coordinating the bank’s combined resources for digitization within business, market and system responsibility for digital channels.
Contribute to the bank prioritizing digitization optimally based on the bank’s resources and strategic direction.
What you bring:
5-10 years of experience in developing digital customer interfaces and services.
Proficiency in writing requirements and conducting tests.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with supplier contacts and case management systems such as Jira.
Strong understanding of UX principles.
Experience in the financial sector (highly desirable).
Fluency in Swedish.
