What we are looking for
We are looking for a brave Product Owner who dares to take bold decisions and lead the Product Team in a passionate way towards outstanding business value. You will join the Procurement product cluster within the Production Planning & Procurement area of Digital at Volvo Cars. We digitalize work processes, make data instantly available and workflows highly automated for internal and external consumers. By doing so we enable our organization to make fact-based decisions and maximize value add.

* You are experienced in driving product strategy, vision and operations as a Product Owner or equivalent role as well as working in the Data Management domain. 
* You have experience of working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability. It’s a merit if you have been working in roles leveraging Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence and Analytics. 
* You have experience working with global stakeholders both within business and digital to build trust-based relationships and open communication.
* You have experience in facilitating collaboration between teams and management with agile development methodologies. You are excellent at communication, presenting and relationship building with teams and global stakeholders.


Role Description
The Data, Analytics and Automation product (DAA) is built up by 3 core areas:

* Data: Prepare data for advanced analytics, Master Data Management, Data Warehouses and Data lakes, integrated Data acquisition
* Analytics: Analytics, Data visualization and data discovery
* Robotics (RPA): Robotics Process Automation. 


As a digital Product Owner, you will maximize value by owning and deciding upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution, while maintaining the technical integrity of the features/components for the team. You are the voice of the user, you have a business perspective and some technical know-how. 

We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. Of course, we have fun together while doing it. 

What Qualifications do you need to do the job?
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience with translating a product vision into actionable work
* Experience with agile methods and related tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Rally, Miro, etc.)
* Experience with requirements facilitation and user story creation
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Effortlessly collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem solving
* Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions
* Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
* Skilled at negotiating to compromise when stakeholders have competing interests
* Willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo


Assets:
* Scrum training and/or Agile SAFe training 
* Experience in Azure, Data Modeling, ETL, Database systems, Business Intelligence.
* Knowledge in Robotics Process Automation and tools such as Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate (RPA), Microsoft Power Virtual Agents (Chatbots).
* Experience in analytics tools such as: Power BI, Power Apps, Smart Sheets, Workflows
* Experience with complex PL/SQL queries, Microsoft Office tools and Power platform.
