You will be part of Enterprise Software business unit, that develops systems for supervision and control of society critical assets. Key words are availability, performance, reliability and optimization of environment, economy and safety.
Act as Product Owner and leader for one or multiple teams in agile software development process. Work all the way from requirement to general available product, including writing requirements and working closely with the developers to make sure that the features are meeting specification, timeline, and quality expectations and that our QMS development processes are followed.
Your responsibilities
Define the features of the product / release together with product management
Answer requests for custom development features from customers (TSAs)
Accept or reject work results from the scrum team(s)
Make sure that the development processes are followed in cooperation with the development manager
Be the product/tech facing representative for the team(s)
Chair the Defect Review Board to do the first assessment of incoming software defects in cooperation with subject-matter experts
Daily collaboration with the team members does discuss the details in the requirements during development and quality assurance
Define the regression test-scope for releases in cooperation with the quality assurance specialists

Your background
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, leadership abilities as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
You hold a university degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience from requirement handling of industrial software and/or leadership roles
Good knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps
Domain knowledge of SCADA or similar is a plus
Quality awareness and you are with high commitment and personal drive
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish will be an advantage
