Position Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Airline Applications/Crew Tracking for our office in Gothenburg, Sweden to be part of one of our development teams. The team is focusing on building our 24/7 Tracking product supporting customers across the globe in their everyday crew operations (from preplanning to day-of-operation). We are now in an interesting phase where we are integrating different products from our product suite, moving towards a SaaS solution as well as launching the solution to additional airline customers.
As the team’s Product Owner, you are responsible for the team’s backlog and ensuring we are developing a standard, maintainable core product as well as delivering the most value to our customers. We are looking for someone who can team up with our Product Manager to continue to deliver world-class solutions to both our existing and new customers, whilst also working with the development team to experiment, innovate and create the next generation of our Crew Tracking product.
We value if you have a background in the airline world, understand the business processes connected to the Crew day-of-operation challenges, and have experience from using airline applications in your previous job or have gained similar knowledge from other related fields.

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
have more 5+ related work experience and proven leader skills from similar roles in the past
have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Economy or similar



Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
