The Global Outbound and Export Process is part of Industrial Operations and Scania Logistics. We have the responsibility to secure that our customers, no matter location on the globe, receive their products on time through a multi modal, efficient and sustainable network
Job description
As a Product Owner and Process Developer within our organization you will take on different sized challenges both within the Outbound and Export areas developing our business in order to improve the service and supporting our customers. You will be a part of system and process related projects all with a strong business efficiency perspective.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• Product owner for the new TMS system including backlog handling
• Drive product vision and roadmap
• Performing requirements analysis
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Working closely with business and software developers
• Ensuring IT solutions meet business needs
• Participating in the continues improvement of our Ways of Working
Your profile
We believe that you have a University degree within business IT, logistics, or similar. Work experience from relevant industries and supply chain management is preferable but more important is knowledge and proven skills within project management including change management.
• Great at interacting with stakeholders, seeing their needs and transforming them into real customer value.
• A great communicator who can bridge the gap between IT and business
• A brave person who doesn’t focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them
• Curios to learn and are open to see things from different perspectives
• Able to be self-driven and prioritize between different stakeholders wishes and requirements
• Strategic mindset
• Ability to gather people and ideas
