Augment24

As the name hints it's about augmenting the clinical practitioners using our platform. It does this by:

- Offer practitioners a content switching free world, by having the full tool-set integrated into the platform and building the product derived from the insight of how different medical professions and practices work. Examples of this are documentation of patient assessments, medication prescriptions, and what information is needed for guidance. Eg. regional recommendations and drug interactions.
- Clinical decision support that is highly potent, customizable, interactive, and integrated. Supporting qualitative and efficient decisions across different roles in the health care operation.


- Enable Digi-physical healthcare by letting digital practitioners also handle patients that require physical examination or testing. This means you have a patient journey that can move seamlessly between a digital and physical setting, by intuitive information in the patient app, and sophisticated cooperation tools between the digital and physical colleagues.

What you will do

As a Product Owner, you are the COO of your product. Together with the Product Manager you define the vision and roadmap and break them down into specific features and tasks. You work closely with a team consisting of UX, developers, and QA to groom and define these features further, set deadlines, and plans on how to fulfill them. When the development has started you are responsible for making sure everything progresses smoothly, that the engineering team is synchronized, and that all edge cases are covered. When development is done you confirm all new and old features with the release team and coordinate the production release. You will assist the commercial team in marketing and selling features to old and new customers.

What we are looking for

- Passion for healthcare and to improve its efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
- Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you don’t hesitate to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done.
- Communication skills. You will need to constantly manage stakeholders, from engineers to customers, but also our doctors, customer service, etc. You're fluent in Swedish and English, and speak and write compellingly.
- Experience. we would like to see a couple of years of clinical experience as a medical doctor or nurse. Coming from working with the development of other Health- or MedTech products is also relevant. Product Owner experience is preferred but the right person could be fresh out of medical school
- Understanding of how laboratory tests and radiological examinations are ordered, how medications are classified, and how medical information, in general, can be structured to drive automatic decisions.
- Understanding of how physical laboratory and radiologic investigations are ordered, how medications are classified and how medical information in general can be structured and drive automatic decisions.
- Understanding of medical code frameworks such as SNOMED CT, ICD10, NPU, ATC.
- Technical aptitude, Meaning that you have a true technical interest and are able to quickly grasp how technology works
- Problem-solving skills. You’re analytical and used to working with quantitative data, making data-driven decisions.
- Language. Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is needed
