We are constantly pushing our own skills and abilities to drive change in the automobile industry like never before. We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars’ journey into the future.
What’s in it for you?
The Deceleration & Steering ART (Agile Release Train), is a part of the Vehicle Platform. We work with platform solutions where we strive to lead and shape the development of future shared platforms between Volvo, Polestar, Geely, and Lotus.
Now we are in the search for a dedicated colleague within the ART who will work as a Product Owner within our teams for SW development and verification. The teams consist of highly skilled engineers working with supplier-developed SW for brake systems in our plan is to expand the in-house SW development team that develops new functionality as well as with other parts of the company. Do you want to be a servant leader and bring new knowledge to our highly motivated teams?

Do you fit the profile?
To fit this position, you are passionate about people and our products and have a human-centric approach when working with our products and services. Further, you are a great communicator and networker, engaging people throughout the entire organization which makes it easy for you to collaborate with people from team to solution level. It comes naturally for you to build trust, and you are open-minded, always putting your team’s needs first without prestige.
