Product Owner - Checkout
Selling cars online - easy right? At Lynk & Co the website is our primary sales channel and storefront. It is where we as a brand meet our customer, both business and personal. The Product Owner, Web - Checkout is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and development of our checkout product on the website, including Month-to-Month, Cash, Loan, Lease, and Used Cars. In this role as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping the customer experience top of mind. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market, insights and data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. You will also build and foster strategic partnerships across product teams, working to manage dependencies.

The position can be based in Gothenburg or Amsterdam.

What you'll do

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
- Set ambitious and clear product mission and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and dev backlog that drive agreed KPIs
- Lead a cross-functional team including engineers, testers, while partnering with designers and data analysts to execute roadmap and ship working software
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market landscape and customer needs through gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights together with data analysts
- Clearly communicate the product mission, roadmap, and backlogs across the organization
- Translate customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the product
- Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to optimize value creation
- Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
- Engage, communicate, and collaborate with product specific stakeholders within Lynk & Co


What you should have

We believe you are a veteran product owner who is well-versed and confident in leading development teams to build delightful customer experiences. You have strong leadership skills with a focus on value creation delivery of exceptional customer and business results. Our journey will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail, and learn. You are an important player in our evolution; therefore, we believe you are flexible, and able to excel in a dynamic environment.

- Studied business and/or engineering
- Experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager
- Driven and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
- Positive doer mindset, someone who embraces new challenges
- Problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
- Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
- Previous experience of agile, customer centric, product organization
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English - both oral and written
