Who we are
“Enable and Confirm Consumer Value” is the purpose of the department Product Validation and Functional Architecture. 

The team responsibility is to enable consumer data driven insights within the company, in order to understand and confirm consumer value for future and current products. This is done by refining data from Co-Development platform and by developing tools that enable data collection and visualization.

We are also managing the Co-Development car fleet including the fleet handling process as well as securing driver communication & engagement and managing the Codev portal App.

What you will do
As Product Owner for the two teams; CoDev Data and CoDev Fleet Management, you’ll be deciding upon priorities in the backlog from a technical and business perspective and continuously keep open dialogues with stakeholders. You will take responsibility for creating, refining and, following up on features and coordinating the dependencies with POs and other relevant stakeholders.

You will work and collaborate with Architects and other Engineering areas across the company, to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures, as well as creating prerequisites for data driven development.

As Product owner, you will also participate as a member of the extended Product Management team and review and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.

You and your skills
You are a technical Product Owner applying the agile principles with experience from scaling frameworks like SAFe. You are motivated by working collaboratively and continuously improving by giving and receiving feedback in teams.

You are passionate about leading, coaching, and empowering people to secure a better user experience every day.

You have a passion for technology and a drive to understand, communicate and build trust with stakeholders in our R&D, after-market departments and other engineering communities, internally and externally. You know how to develop and maintain a vision and a plan for the product by understanding the customer’s needs and overseeing the execution of that plan. 

You come in with a good domain knowledge of the automotive industry. You enjoy the complexity of data engineering and data insights, as well as you have a genuine interest for user experience, engagement, and communication. You take responsibility for how the problems of our stakeholders can be translated into product backlog, and releases that fit with the greater good. 

You have a MSc degree in a relevant area, eg Electronic-, Automotive-, Data- or Applied Physics Engineering, as well as fluent in English.
