Process Digitalisation, Global Integrated Business Planning

Global Integrated Business Planning is accountable for the Scania IBP process and the core process Order 2 Delivery (O2D).
Our mission is to get the best result for Scania and to considerably increase the flow efficiency within the O2D process while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way.

About the role
COW, Central Orders on the Web, is an application within the Scania Chassis Order Process. It provides a central storage of the order and visualises the complete chassis order process from the salesman at the dealer, via the distributor to the factory and back.
The Activity Plan (AP) module of COW is supporting our Business Units and Dealers to plan the delivery of the sold vehicles. The effect objectives are to improve customer satisfaction by achieving delivery accuracy and to improve cash flow and reduce tied up capital by cutting lead time.
In the role as Product Owner, you will focus on the development of the products COW and COW-AP.
You gather and refine requirements from central functions and business units globally. You prioritise the development backlog and work closely with the development teams. You interact and plan with systems your product is dependent on as well as the ones dependent on your deliverables.
In addition, we also expect you to be the front-person of the products you own, not only understanding the technical details but also how they fit in processes and user journeys at Scania. As a member of the team, you will:
• Work closely with Order to delivery and Order Journey Leads
• Work closely with the other Product Owners within Sales & Marketing
• Contributing to build and maintain the end-to-end blueprint for Order to Delivery (O2D) – aligning information, process and products.
• Work closely together with a skilled team of developers within Scania IT, and take lead of this team as the Product Owner
• Plan and prioritize the product backlogs
Your profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player with strong collaborative and communicative skills. You can structure demands, articulate ideas and create a structure for driving ideas and requirements to delivery.
Experience of understanding business requirements and processes is important as well as having the ability to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams.
Preferably you have a good understanding of business possibilities through the utilisation of digitalisation and advanced analytics
You have a relevant academic degree for the job and are fluent in English.
