About the role
Vizrt Groups relationships and interactions with our customers and potential new customers are crucial to meeting our goal of having and keeping industry-leading customer satisfaction. As new Product Owner for CRM (global), you’ll be responsible for implementing, integrating, and innovating on the tools and processes we use to manage our customer interactions, from lead to customer support. Since you are part of the global IT team, occasional travel to our offices in USA, South America, Asia, Europe will be necessary.
About the job
As Product Owner you will help define and deliver the roadmap for CRM. You will:
Manage the product backlog and drive (agile) sprints and projects
Engage stakeholders effectively and help them automate our key processes
Compose epics, user stories and acceptance criteria’s, covering not only happy paths
Ensure that our CRM tech stack is state of the art. Be our CRM architect and expert
Secure excellent CRM operations and support

Who you are
You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or similar and at least 5 years’ experience in similar positions or with a CRM consultancy firm. You are:
Experienced and/or certified within Salesforce solutions. CPQ skills is an advantage
Experienced CRM product owner, CRM architect and/or CRM project manager
A strategic planner with the ability to innovate, motivate and draw the bigger picture
A true team player with leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
High understanding of business process development and master data
Structured and analytical with attention to details, see solutions rather than problems and effectively prioritize and execute tasks

The Stockholm office has approximately 70 employees from more than 20 different nationalities representative at the office. We are located in a fresh and spacious office in Kista.
