To be successful we believe you have proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner or Lead Product Manager/Owner role. In this role, you have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in best-practice digital product development. You have demonstrable experience, in implementing the solutions, proven analytical skills, and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and a strong team working and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen and a strategic/commercial mindset, and we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms. As a person you enjoy working at a high pace with many international stakeholders, taking key decisions as a true leader that will delight our users and result in an outstanding impact for IKEA.
You have knowledge in following areas:
Extensive knowledge in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Logistics (delivery & services) space. Knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management systems is also a plus.
Knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce, Retail, and supply chain
Extensive experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
Driven, but with a collaborative mindset, so that the individual and team win together
Good ability to influence, listen and collaborate successfully with a variety of stakeholders in a complex organization
Bring in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in the day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
Ability to build a strong, and meaningful interpersonal relationship enabling to coach and advise stakeholders
Knowledge working in Jira and Confluence

A day in your life with us
On a day-to-day basis, you will be creating a world-class shopping experience for millions of our customers by focusing on expanding Fulfillment and ILO product choices that are convenient, speedy, sustainable, and affordable, all the while keeping IKEA’s fulfillment costs low. You will be part of the vision, strategy & roadmap for digital products within order fulfillment, Inventory, Logistics, and operation domains. By working with a dedicated team of launch activities, you will provide a convenient and delightful fulfillment experience for our customers. By testing and explorations, you will constantly identify opportunities to grow and deliver value to our customers & IKEA. As Product Owner, you will also coach & mentor the other product owners/team members within the Cross-product team.
As a Product Owner with IKEA’s Fulfilment space, you will:
Lead discussions with the cross-product team to design the cross-domain activities, Launch & roll out the plan
Support cross-product team lead on launch planning and decision making with analysis results and insights
Develop extensive knowledge of the products from Fulfillment and ILO, interpret and share that knowledge with market
Clearly define the launch scope, derive the detailed validation scenarios based on the launch scope, and finalize validation scenarios with the countries.
Liaise with internal teams to develop assets and manage knowledge management system
Measure, analyze and report on the performance of product launches against business goals, objectives, and key results
Operate multi-nationally with overseas INGKA business partners
The Role includes traveling (for a short duration) on a needed basis
Lead and drive cross-product initiatives and launch preparation activities for different products

In this role, you will report to the Product team lead within the Cross-product team (Fulfillment and ILO). This role is based out of Malmö, Sweden.
