For one of Business Tech newest product teams, Customer Data & Engagement Engine within Product Area Customer Engagement, we are looking for a Product Owner! The team will work with building the next generation of customer data apis and loyalty engine for H&M Group supporting over 100 million members globally in 26 markets, and supporting launching loyalty for other H&M Group brands! You will be part of disrupting retail loyalty, establishing a strategic customer data solution, and setting the groundwork for the H&M Group goals of exponential global growth in this strategic area.




Job Description


Our area, Customer Engagement, aims at increasing the value of our customer base. As a Product Owner for Customer Engagement you will onboard, engage and retain our customers thru relevance and loyalty. In this product you will lead the building of our next generation customer data and loyalty solution, to process customer data, activity and transactions on a global scale, leading a team of senior developers to bring an initial solution to market quickly, proceeding to building out features and capabilities that differentiate H&M Group loyalty from our competitiors and enabling use of customer data beyond H&M Group. You work with all our brands within the H&M group and make use of AI, data and brand DNA to form a personal and relevant customer experience. You will have the ultimate accountability for the business and customer value delivered by your product.
To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company.
Working closely with the Product Area Manager and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives & key results that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
The Product Owner has great leadership skills, believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Focus is on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results.

Have an interest and understanding of cloud-based technical solutions
At least 5 years work experience and previous leadership responsibility
A few years experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager
Experience from working with digital development
Experience in leading a cross functional team
Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
Proven track record of strong salesmanship, communication, negotiation and networking skills, both with internal and external partners
Analytical with attention to details
Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”
Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
Fluent in English both written and verbal





Additional Information


This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to the Product Manager for Customer Engagement, within the Customer Domain at Business Tech.
