About the role

As Product Owner Customer & Loyalty at Clas Ohlson, you get to lead scrum teams in a SAFe environment and set the direction for development teams and relevant key people. In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for prioritizing orders for product functions, planning the product's development ahead and detailing the requirements together with the development teams. You evaluate on an ongoing basis and ensure that your work maximizes business value in line with strategy and ROI.

You will define our product vision and find growth opportunities in customer and loyalty. This includes, among other things, customer identification, personalization and loyalty programs that increase the lifetime value of our customers. We also see that you implement changes in Customer Management and train your colleagues in these. We hope you enjoy keeping up to date with what's happening in the market. In your role as Product Owner, you will do research and analyze both the market, the product, UX and competitors to find potential development opportunities. Of course, you run the planning for product releases and tell within what time frame you can expect new functionalities.

Who are you?

We believe that you are agile when it comes to both processes and principles. You are analytical and have an eye for detail and are happy to solve problems in a creative way. You have several years of experience working as a Product Owner Customer & Loyalty (CRM) and IT systems within that area, and now want to focus on developing and improving services.

We believe that you have an academic education in BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar relevant field. What education you have matters a little less, but the most important thing is that you have a technical understanding and a good sense of business, customer travel and innovation. We also appreciate structure, so it is natural for you to organize & coordinate activities and individuals within the role of Product Owner, it is a plus!
