We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the sub-products of Explore and Find within the IKEA app portfolio, delivering value to our app users in 30 countries in close collaboration with our workstreams and product teams. We expect you to play an important part in making sure that our IKEA app will become a great destination for consumers wanting to explore and find home furnishing solutions, inspiration and ideas for a better life at home. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct and significant impact on one of the world’s biggest and most innovative retail brands.
Reporting to the Product Manager you will:
Own the strategy and roadmap for the Explore and Find sub-products ensuring that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives
Own and actively manage the digital product backlog and prioritizing items based on customer needs and business goals
Contribute to prioritisation of the overall roadmap and product strategy of the IKEA app
Providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help the team to understand what is required in the discovery and delivery processes
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and ensure alignment between cross functional teams and across domains
Coaching and growing the product team to a high-performing empowered team that develops products that our customers love

About you:
You will have more than 3-years’ experience within product management
Ideally you have worked with complex products, perhaps within an e-commerce company or with B2C mobile apps
You have extensive knowledge of product discovery techniques and delivering successful and innovative consumer experiences
Ideally you have a good understanding of retail and a curiousness about where the future of digital retail is headed
You are driven, but with a collaborative mindset. “You don’t win unless your team wins”
You are highly organized, with strong communication skills and like to work in complex environments
You are a “do-er”, willing to work hands-on including stepping in to work directly with the development team
You are a change agent helping us build a customer-centric world-class product development culture

This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Malmö, Sweden or Amsterdam, Netherlands
