Product Owner D2C Ecommerce – BA Europe
We are now looking for a Product Owner to join our central e-commerce team in Business Area Europe. This team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market and delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As Product Owner, your mission will be to execute on our D2C Ecommerce vision within Business Area Europe with the main objective to improve Consumer Experience and grow online sales for all our product categories.
You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professionals and 75+ nationalities work here to shape living for the better.
As a Product Owner, you will work together with an enthusiastic cross-functional scrum team, creating and evolving our D2C-ecommerce landscape and/or any other related area/system that will enhance sales, consumer experience or reduce operational cost.
Your responsibilities will be:
Collect requirements/ideas from all stakeholders and markets.
Prioritize and plan the requirements according to the company's strategic direction.
Suggest Roadmap through a process that includes timelines, managing dependencies from other teams, and managing stakeholders’ expectations.
Develop and deliver the defined roadmap aligned with all areas/stakeholders and according to the scope defined by the business needs.
Clear communication around new releases (detailed documents, clear process on how to use or activate a new functionality)
Create training materials for new features
Execute and lead trainings on new capabilities to secure business benefits.
Focus on business benefits (net sales growth, NPS & cost savings) by experimenting and continuous development of features and making necessary trade-off decisions when needed.
Main contact person for the day-to-day operation, securing that the sales organization have the right support.
Your main tasks:
Actively manage backlog items ensuring clarity of business needs and benefit the e-commerce operation based on established metrics.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies ensuring that business needs are clear and will be delivered as planned. E.g: sprint planning, backlog refinements, sprint demos, reviews, retrospectives, or any other requirement meeting.
Collaborate with other Product Owners/Stakeholders to ensure that priorities are correctly established and aligned
Participate in the entire process of prioritization, definition, communication, and Roadmap development.
Update and communicate to stakeholders the features planned in the sprint
Be a subject matter expert for product teams/stakeholders, providing insight, context, and additional information as needed to help
Engaging with work stream leads regarding resources and functional expertise required in the agile team
Launch the new features ensuring understanding through documents, training, presentations, etc. to achieve established business goals
Qualifications:
University degree and minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or other relevant positions for an E-commerce team, having applied Scrum principles and practices:
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with:
Owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog
Breaking down deliverables, planning releases, monitoring product performance
Gathering data, creating documentation, collecting and analyzing business requirements
SAP Commerce/Hybris knowledge will be considered as a plus
Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) or similar toolset will be considered as a plus
