We are looking for a Product Owner, Digital Change. In this role you will be responsible for helping increase the digitalization of the customer journey and ensuring that our digital efforts provide a consistent, coherent and engaging end-to-end experience – one that supports our business objectives.

You will be part of the Center of Competence: Digital Infrastructure and report to the Head of the department, Mats Bredborg. You’ll be one of Volvo CE’s leading digital subject-matter experts and as part of this team will continue developing the digital maturity of the Volvo CE brand worldwide, both internally and externally. You’ll be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the Communications function and the wider business to identify and define digital strategies, as well as to secure the necessary competences.


This is what we need you to do!
• Help create a strategy that translates business objectives into digital objectives.
• Define the working approach and competencies needed, and bring together an appropriate team of stakeholders, including suppliers.
• Gather needs and objectives from across the business and secure that the group works on an agreed set of priorities.
• As part of a cross-functional team, translate digital objectives into a plan for digital developments, digital marketing tactics and activities, and propose KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Ensure transparency and consensus as to the digital change agenda.
• Plan, develop, test and evaluate the prioritized activities.
• Ensure good communication with relevant stakeholders within Volvo CE.
• Use business feedback, customer input and analytics to evaluate performance and secure fact-based prioritization of the plan.


Education and skills:
• Academic degree in System Analysis, Marketing or similar.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Holistic mindset, work with a greater picture in mind.
• Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
