We are now looking for the right person to take on the Product Ownership for the eMSP-solution (electric Mobile Solution Provider solution) within our eco-system!

The role:
You will be working integrated into our development stream and have daily interactions with product manager, service design, UX and development teams to deliver customer value
You will be responsible for the product and need to understand how demands could be put into solutions. You need to be able to understand the complete solutions and being able to understand what we should source through partnership and what we should develop ourself.
Who you are:
We believe that you are a leader with coaching as a main tool to help people around you grow. You have experience from bringing products and services to production based on the efforts of a distributed development organization and autonomous teams.
We want you have experience from working as a product owner, team lead or similar, for some years in an agile software context.
The ideal candidate also has experience of charging system for passage car or commercial vehicles and understanding of the digital eco-systems and solutions, Charging Infrastructure, CPO, eMSP or similar.
We also think that you need to be:
• great at interacting with customers, always seeing their needs and transforming them into real value.
• a great communicator who can bridge the gap between technical details and business lingo.
• a brave person who doesn’t focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them
• curios to learn and are open to see things from different perspectives.
• able to prioritize between different stakeholders wishes and requirement
• perceptive/able to pick up on things that are not always obvious
• strategic
• can dig in when needed
• the one who pulls it all together
