About the position
Perido is looking for a Product Owner & Digital Project Manager for our client Axel Johnson International. As a privately-owned industrial group they acquire, build and develop companies in strategically selected niche markets, primarily technical components and industrial process solutions. This company has an entrepreneurial culture where decentralised and committed leadership enables quick decisions. Since most of the work can be done on a remote basis it doesn’t really matter where you are located, although to be able to work at the office when needed you ought to live somewhere in the area around Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö or Sälen.
Your daily tasks
In this position you will belong to the central digital team and work in close collaboration with the E-com Manager and the PIM Manager. In your role you will be a part of Axel Johnson International’s business area Lifting Solutions Group, a global player within lifting equipment, steel wires and services. Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Growing and developing the customer facing channels
Develop the overall strategy, platforms, and functionality
Product ownership of the platform PimCore (CMS, PIM, E-com)
Translate the needs between users and the resolute external development team
Support to the users in local companies
Lead additional digital projects aimed at customer facing solutions and continuous support

It’s necessary that you are fluent in English as you will be working in an international environment.
Your qualifications
Project management skills are necessary for this position, as well as an interest of marketing focused systems/platforms. To be able to succeed in your role we need you to be a solution and improvement driven person who’s not afraid to question and re-think existing solutions. You are confident and used to manage projects and to work in a goal-oriented manner with the business needs in focus. Further on a good understanding of different marketing systems like CMS, PIM etc. is required and we hope that you’re not afraid to deep dive in to details to provide hands-on support. Analytical, driven and organised are some of the words that describe you in your daily work and we believe that you get your energy and motivation from collaborating with others.

Requirements
Relevant education
Project leader experience
A few years’ experience of marketing focused systems like CMS, PIM etc.
Project manager skills
Good experience from Microsoft environment
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience of working with Google Analytics
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English

Meritorious
Experience of working within digital marketing (not with the creative parts, but digitalisation/technology)
Experience from PIM-Core
Experience from CMS-systems
General programming skills

Contract type and hours
Full time. Start according to agreement.
