Your role
We are looking for an experienced product owner who is ready to take the global key role in pursuing our customer experience across digital channels & touchpoints and accelerate our growth towards our ambitious growth targets.
You will work with high level senior managers and digital experts with deep domain knowledge to continuously improve customer experience and digital sales. Through collaboration with Digital Leads, Business Owners, UX Designers, Analysts and e-Commerce Managers to name few, you ensure that team’s shared mission will get implemented to the inspired vision that unites teams and motivated them to deliver great customer experience and a company value that meets the commercial targets. You are a person that make sure we work on the right things with strong analytical mindset and can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder management and collection of input (requirements and needs) to the backlog
- Backlog management and prioritization
- Managing dependencies to other units (supported by Scrum Master)
- Roadmap creation and ownership for the products and services
- Involved in setting team objectives and key results
- Co-operation with analytics experts with constant A/B-testing focus
- Platform expert towards e-commerce team in order to ensure the smooth and seamless customer journey through our channels
- Presenting results after sprints and using input to improve the value of backlog
- Align with other product owners, sharing learnings and grow as a product owner
- Providing a prioritized backlog to pull work from
- Providing guidance on priorities and stakeholder needs
You will report to the Head E-commerce and Marketing Technology of Fortum Consumer Solutions.

Your qualifications
- Previous experience from similar position as product owner, digital developer or e-commerce/web developer
- Business orientation with commercial thinking and analytical mindset
- Track record of leading complex development projects in the past
- Leadership capabilities based on role modelling and ability of coaching team members
- Good communications skills and documentation readiness
- Capability to make independent decisions when getting direct requests, ability to protect the big picture
It is assumed that you have higher education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. In addition to the competences described it is a plus if you have experience from a matrix organization. The corporate language is English so decent proficiency in this language is expected.
