What you’ll do

The Digital Workplace Squad is responsible for internal tools and hardware/software used by all the colleagues at Telenor, for example laptops, video equipment, collaboration tools and virtual environments. We believe technology shall contribute to personal efficiency as well as enable creativity and collaboration. A key part of the Product Owner role is to be on top of end users and stakeholders’ needs and to use this knowledge to make the right prioritisations. You set the strategy, vision, and roadmap together with the squad and you own, plan, and prioritize the development backlog.

You work closely with both the team, our outsourcing partners and other divisions and are passionate about finding smart solutions that make digital life more productive, fun, and secure.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have previous experience within the technical areas and an understanding for end users’ everyday needs. You inspire and create a “surprisingly smooth” user experience. You are an effective change driver and communicator, with a business mindset. You have experience and belief in agile way of work and a great understanding in the strategic as well as the operational work.

You have:
* A big sense of responsibility and a positive mindset and attitude.
* Excellent communication skills verbally and written, in both Swedish and English.
* Have a flexible, innovative, and pragmatic approach with the will to find new ways to solve questions.
* A University degree within relevant area.
