Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.Commercial Operations has made a commitment to invest heavily in Microsoft D365 as our commodity platform supporting our network. At the Dynamics Platform team, we are responsible for defining and implementing D365 F&O in our business units within Commercial Operations.
In the Dynamics Platform team, we are now strengthening our team and looking for a product owner for Order to Delivery.
We are looking for an expert professional that can take ownership of the order-to-delivery functionality in the platform and collaborate with the central process owners.
Job Description
You will be responsible to lead the O2D squad in the D365 Platform. You will be required to manage the product backlog associated with the order-to-delivery process area. You will be working closely with all stakeholders to define and maintain the product backlog. In this role, you will be required to challenge/improve ways of working and drive the team towards agreed targets and deliveries.
In this role, you will be required to proactively align with stakeholders on the roadmaps, status, and deviations if any. You will be working with your squad to ensure that your deliverables are released with desired quality. Your backlog should be clearly communicated and transparent, you will be actively working with sprint planning, and backlog grooming/refinement supported by your scrum master.
You and your team will work in close cooperation with our regions and central support functions within Commercial Operations, Sales & Marketing, Scania IT, etc. Your responsibility will be to analyze the individual local requirements of each market and bridge these with what the Dynamics platform has to offer. We are now in an intense development and implementation phase. You can look forward to working in a highly international environment with very engaged stakeholders.

We believe that you have a university degree or corresponding knowledge. A minimum of three years experience of working as a product owner is required. We expect you to have an affinity for working with business systems. You are willing to travel, find international contacts stimulating, and communicate in English fluently.
