We are now looking for a Product Owner within Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS)
YOUR TEAM

Our mission is to provide electric-powered and fully autonomous vehicles with a connected user interface; a mobility solution for smart and sustainable cities.

The self-driving vehicle Sango is the centerpiece of the system.

You will be part of a team in the Electric & Electronics Hardware Tribe focusing on develop and deliver future Electrical Distribution Systems for the vehicle. The Tribe is divided into five Chapters, with fields of Physical Electrical Architecture, Electrical Distribution Systems, Electronics, Electrical Energy Storage and Electrical & Electronics Mechanical Design 

You will be part of a creative and inspiring EDS team with focus in development & design of Electrical Distribution Systems including Low & High Voltage harness, Power and Ground Distribution, Fuse strategy and Electrical, Functional and Mechanical integration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- The Product Owner have responsibility to deliver product(s) and/or artifacts within Electrical Distribution System, that meets agreed timing, cost, function, attribute, quality, regulatory requirements and standards.
- The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product or artifacts resulting from the work of the Agile Team.
- The Product Owner will lead the Agile Team through Agile/SAFe WoW
- Ensure that the Team Backlog in Jira is well-defined, understood and prioritized
- Ensure that a part / component / system / function / attribute has clear ownership within the Agile Team
- Understand the customer and business requirements and be able to explain this to the Agile Team
- Collaborate with other Product Owners and ART leaders towards the ART’s vision and roadmap
- Together with the Scrum Master, continuously discuss and align the resource and competence needs of the Agile team with the Line Leaders and ART Leaders
- Have ability to lead technical communication with suppliers through the complete product development phase
- Support EDS Team for core engineering development, eg. mechanical design work.

 WHO YOU ARE

- Successfully completed studies in minimum bachelor’s degree within Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Have a wide technical experience in the Electrical Distribution System in the automotive domain.
- Have experience to work in Jira and within Agile WoW.
- Have experience or knowledge of Project Management work. Like to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Can coach people with powerful questions rather than using authority
- Is a communicative team player, understanding of how to keep teams, stakeholders, and leadership aligned.
- Passionate interest in new technologies and concepts within development area
- Accustomed to write and speak in English
- Can legally drive vehicle in Sweden
