Together we build tomorrow. We are now looking for two new colleagues to work with the development of the electrical propulsion systems for our construction equipment.


Electromobility systems within Driveline Systems department is responsible for development of electromobility systems including electrical motors, power electronics, energy storages, control systems and software to control the systems and complete driveline. We work with the complete development cycle from design and implementation to testing in machine. We are a cross functional team now looking for product owners for our Power and Energy System and our Motion system. The team values the strength of diversity and empowers all members to take own initiatives that utilizes their own strengths.


What we offer?
As our product owner you will work in agile teams. You will own and maintain the team’s backlog and be the main interface between the team and other stakeholders that are dependent on your deliveries. From stakeholder input you will facilitate the creation of stories and features with definition of done criteria for your team. Prioritization and accepting story output are main activities.


In the role as our product owner, you will help projects in planning of the team’s deliveries. We believe that continuous improvement is crucial so taking part of the team’s retrospectives is an important task. You will also be a member of the team to develop the system solutions by deriving requirements, designing, implementing, and testing the solutions.

Who are you?

You are interested in working with battery systems, electric motors, motor drive systems, propulsion systems and control SW development for these systems. To succeed in the role as our product owner, we believe you are positive, flexible and a great team player and that you like to work according to agile methods.
You have well proven communication and collaboration skills and the ability to create bridges for information exchange between functions and between locations. To be able to prioritize and guide your team you are good at stakeholder management and are interested in understanding their needs and have a good business mindset.


Empowerment of the team and individuals as well as fostering of great collaboration will be key to your success.


We also believe that you have experience from development of electromobility systems, automotive propulsion systems, mechatronic systems, or embedded software systems.


Other qualifications we think you have:
• Good skills in English.
• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree or similar.
• You intend to live in the region around Eskilstuna.
