Nordnet is customer-focused and product led. We are now looking to ensure great user experience for our customers when it comes to savings and investments. As a Product Owner in the Execution domain, you will be tactically responsible for Nordnet’s savings and investments functionalities, features and workflows (buy/sell securities, view positions & transactions, manage corporate actions and much more) on Nordnet’s platform. You will lead a talented, in-house Tech team developing Nordnet’s experience for savings and investments.

The product department consists of Chief Product Officer, Domain Product Owners and Product Owners within the different domains.

This is part of the role

Overall, you will make sure we stay competitive within savings and investments. On a daily basis, you will be working alongside the business with your talented engineering team. You will solve complex problems and drive discovery & delivery of new products and services to our customers. You will prioritize the development backlog, define requirements and keep development team updated with information.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to maintain development backlog
• Guide and lead development teams on solving customer problems and enhancing the overall experience
• Scope large initiatives into smaller deliverables and set up agile go-to-market strategies
• Together with Product Design, conduct user research, competitive benchmarking and A/B testing

This is you

You have deep interest within savings and investments and you also have previous working knowledge and experience from digital product development within financial services sector. You most likely have some technical or analytical experience and as a person, you are driven, creative and have great cooperative skills!

You have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as product owner or product manager
• Passionate about savings and investments
• Demonstrated customer/end-user focus and documented experience leading agile development teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• High level of personal initiative, integrity and leadership
