Product Owner for Access & Login Team, Solna-Hybrid

PostNord Digital are currently looking for a Product Owner for our Access & Login team that takes care of the customer facing identity and access management (IAM).

The mission of the role is to take a great service and delivery to the next level, and our goal is to be the biggest identity provider in the Nordic, and that by improving the customer experience and helping our customers into making every day easier together with other digital services from PostNord.

 

This is the Access & login Team

- We provide a great login experience for all PostNord customers - we are used by many services within PostNord including the PostNord App and we have almost 6 million users.
- We provide access between services and data, a cornerstone in the API protection with roughly 50 million transactions per day.
- We are autonomic, we take our own decisions in way of working and tooling.
- We control and manage our services from the start to the end - acting as DevSecOps team.
- We are rapid and agile, deploy 5-20 times a day - we prefer to fail fast and small, then slow and big.
- We are an international team consisting of 8 people; 5 in Sweden and 2 in the Philippines.

 

What you will do

- Manage the roadmap for the team’s services and plan the strategy.
- Facilitate the team in daily basis as a SCRUM master.
- Communicating with a lot of other teams because we are a central component.
- Hybrid, so either from your home or our great new updated office in Solna, you will probably be in the office some days per week for interacting with other Product owners etc.
- Transferring your fantastic knowledge to others and learn new skills from them.
- Following patterns that we believe promote good culture coding and pushing the team to be even better.

 

We are looking for you

- Like to be involved and influence and make a difference.
- Finds robustness and security important - experience in tests, metrics and dashboards are a must.
- Are a jack of all trades with a liking for the bird's eye perspective.
- Have at least 3 years' experience as a Product Owner, SCRUM Master or similar role.
- Understands that reliability is top of mind since the opposite is a disaster for PostNord.
- Has experience in Oauth2 and OIDC is desirable and a merit for the position.
