We are now looking for you who want to join our exciting journey and strengthen our position as a world-leading supplier of industrial robot software with powerful tools for, among other things, 3D simulation, offline programming and virtual commissioning. The software platform RobotStudio is today the world’s most used offline programming tool for robotics and provides benefits including risk reduction, quicker start-up, shorter change-over and increased productivity.
Your role: every scrum team has a Product Owner that works as a proxy between the agile team and project management. The main task is to manage the team’s backlog which include refining, prioritizing and defining user stories based on features. This as well as a significant role in the succeeding quality control and acceptance approval.
The Product Owner also has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team which include working with product management to prepare for the Program Increment (PI) Planning and to keep track of dependencies to other agile teams.
Your responsibilities
Working as a member of an agile team acting as a single voice for the customers and stakeholders.
Owning and managing the Team Backlog whereas establishing and maintaining backlog items based on program priorities.
Defining and accepting requirements, also making the hard calls on scope and content.
Operating as part of the extended Project- and Product Management Team.
Coordinating with the Release Train Engineer, other Product Owners and shared services under and between PI Planning meetings.
In this position you will have both local and domestic travel on monthly and international traveling on a yearly basis.

Your background
A M.Sc. in Software or Automation, or equivalent of value for the role.
You are a person with in-depth technical knowledge, preferably with earlier experience of development and operation of web applications.
You are interested in intuitive programming, advanced simulation- and digital twin-concepts where the next possible position could be towards product management, further specialization or more enterprise related roles in project and product management.
You have the ability to understand the possibilities and limitations of different solutions, understand the needs of customers and are able to prioritize and communicate successfully.
You are ready to both get into technical details and at the same time be able to put things into context and long-term perspective, and always strive for the solutions that benefit the customer.
Knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken alike.
