Product Owner Force On Target

Saab Training & Simulation is the leading provider of high fidelity training solutions in the land domain. We are now continuing to strengthen our capabilities within product management to grow our business and extend our strong market position.



Your role

You will be part of the Programs & Product Management departments at our head quarter in Huskvarna, Sweden. These departments consists of 25 employees. The Product management department today has 10 employees (Product owners and Product managers) and has the overall responsibility of T&S global product portfolio.

We are now in need of strengthening our current Force on target product family. As a Product Owner, you will develop our capabilities to meet current and future customer needs. You will work close together with experienced colleagues on the Product Management and Engineering department as well as from the Marketing and Sales department.





Your profile

You like working close to market translating customer needs and requirements to system solutions and communicate them both externally as well as internally. You have a general interest in technology trends and want to know how we can implement these technologies in our product capabilities. You are business minded and have a genuine interest for generating business on your products in the Training & Simulation portfolio. You have a strong drive and confidence in yourself enabling you to lead other people towards common objectives.



Requried skills;

* Strong business skills
* Experience from Product management or similar experience
* Communicative with good people skills
* Strong analytic capability
* Experience from bid and sales work
* Experience in writing of technical documentation e.g. specifications and requirements
* Fluent in both written and spoken English



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.



What you will be a part of

You will be part of the Training & Simulation unit who develops and manufactures training systems mainly for military users, training and Simulation is part of the Business Area Dynamics.
