Job Description


Are you interested in creating the future internal communication solution for all H&M Groups colleagues no matter location, brand, or role? Then this is the role for you! As Product Owner within Reach you have a key role and part of a team that creates value and growth, ensuring that our HM Group colleagues will have access to modern and relevant communication channels.
In the Product Area Colleague Experience, you will be part of 1 out of 9 current products. The Reach product is responsible for operations of existing as well as development of new communication platforms and channels in close collaboration with H&M Group, brand and business functions communication departments.
As Product Owner you will play an important role in ensuring that HM Group set the stage for new modern communication experience containing but is not limited to communication channels on our Microsoft 365 platform.
We are on an agile transformation journey where we must implement new agile way of working with our partners, which you will continue to lead. You will play an important role in building our product, setting the foundation and creating our future organisation.


Responsibilities


Take end-to-end ownership of the product with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered
Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs
Identify and monitor KPIs, using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities, adjusting course and taking actions when needed
Align with other Product Owners, Stakeholder and Collaboration partners to increase the effect of your product within H&M Group
Forecasting, set budget and follow up costs for product team and strategic suppliers
Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team, including Business case creations for further growth opportunities
Lead a cross-functional team including Business Experts, Engineers and Data Analysts to execute and deliver value
Negotiating contracts/agreements with suppliers
Clearly communicating the product mission, OKRs, and backlogs across the organization
Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles

5 + Product Owner or Product/Program Manager experience
Product roadmap development & management
Product mission & OKR creation
Commercial understanding
Market, trend, & customer analysis
Great leadership and communication skills
Previous experience from an agile, customer centric product organisation
Experience from working with communication & collaboration business processes and solutions
Experience from working and managing offshore teams
Experience in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365
