Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Product Owner who is experienced of working based on project methodology and CRM systems.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for and lead the implementation of a group-wide CRM system and identify the needs of different businesses and sales processes and then adapt the system to these needs.
● Take ownership of features delivering a successful, from both technical and experience perspectives, migration.
● Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
● Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate the future investment.
● Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or an equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have number of years of experience working with CRM systems in previous roles such as product owner or application specialist.
● Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under prescribed timeframes).
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager Intune and AzureAD.
