Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
We are looking for you who want to work as a Product Owner to change and build Scania's HR support in the future. We will develop and implement a HR Service delivery solution, Service Now, that will change our service and customer experience for HR issues at Scania. We are looking for you to have worked with Customer Service and Service Delivery in HR both from a local and global perspective.
We are therefore looking for a driven, curious and committed Product Owner, with business understanding and IT knowledge, you will drive development and improve service and customer experience through Scania's HR system. We hope that with your experience from previous projects, you will help to see things from different perspectives, be open to new solutions and listen to ideas from different stakeholders. You will be an important part of building how Scania will work with HR support in the future!
As Product Owner your main responsibility is to understand the needs of the business, both current and future, and from there define and lead the work to develop the product as well as create measures for the product's vision, road map and growth opportunities. This means working cross-functionally within Scania, often together with other product owners with in HR or surrounding expertise, to ensure that we build and plan for a competitive service for our HR applications.
As a person, you are a team player who both enjoys and sees the benefits of working in a group, both within the organization and cross-functionally. You are a good communicator who can bridge the linguistic gap between IT and the business.
Job description:
• Develop and improve our Service Delivery Solution
• Provide overall leadership as well as plan, coordinate and drive the solution.
• Be involved in creating a roadmap for our future service and customer HR Support
• Responsible for the product's life cycle in the short and long term.
• Have an active role during the development work to support IT and supplier
• Lead the requirements work and order changes from the system supplier
• Lead and ensure that user testing is carried out together with the business
• Responsible for managing and prioritizing problems and improvements in the application based on the needs of the business
Qualifications:
• Education from higher education/university suggested in HR or technology
• 3-5 years experience in HR work and HR systems e.g. SuccessFactors. Knowledge and ability to communicate with both the business and IT. Understanding of HR processes.
• A strong sense of change management and experience in working with change management.
• Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and working agile
• Fluent in English and Swedish and a strong communicator
