We are looking for a curios and forward-thinking person to join our Identity Squad and Product Owner chapter. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.  

What you’ll do 

As the Product Owner for the Identity Squad in our FMC tribe, you own, plan and prioritize the development backlog for your squad. We work every day on making every interaction that our customers have with us valuable to both them and us. This role focuses on the party object in our BSS. The party is the customer when she is in that role or an agent in Customer Service when she is that. The party has an engagement with us and identifies herself in all interactions with us. What she does is logged in a correct way and shared with security teams. Your efforts will be visible in financial numbers as well as in the customer experience. Together with a highly skilled team of developers, a solution architect and the agile team lead, you will drive how Telenor handles identities.

The Identity squad is responsible for development and maintenance of the identity APIs in our BSS stack. You will be a key part in the continued development of these APIs and in how they are consumed. You will do so as a part of a team of senior product owners managing the backlogs of neighboring APIs.

Key responsibilities:
* You are responsible for the backlog of our Identity squad
* You are synching the backlog with relevant business stakeholders, securing that we maximize value
* You are synching what you need from other development teams and securing that you get timely deliveries often acting as a cross teams project manager
* You are clear in what your team needs in order to succeed and are open to discuss ways to resolve current blockers
* You develop a solid understanding of our BSS stack and help business POs to come up with new use cases and drive a higher value from the solution and investments.
* Develop the team and play a critical role in making Telenor Sweden self-reliant on making the best use of the tools.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with:
* Master of Science in Data Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant experience
* At least a few years in a leading position
* Experience from system development on a professional level
* Understanding of an API-based customer centric IT ecosystem.
