Mission:
CEVT is on an ever-transforming journey and CEVT IT will support the change with Analytics capabilities enabling us to be data driven. Change in the industry is inevitable and new needs for analyzing and understanding data are continuously emerging, we are now looking for a Product Owner for the Analytics area to support us in this journey.

This is what you will do most of the time:
You will be working as a product owner managing intake, prioritization, and backlog of two agile teams. The Business Intelligence team is responsible for end to end analytics solutions using Microsoft Analytics toolchain, and our Big Data team is responsible for data gathering, ETL and runtime operations of CEVT Data lake. The work will be carried out in close cooperation with developers, business units and other units in CEVT IT. You are expected to be part of IT Product Owner forums and strengthen collaboration across CEVT agile teams.

You will secure that the analytics delivery meets the business value expectations in accordance with our strategic architecture. You will drive and follow up on new requests and be accountable that the teams delivered solutions follow standards for implementation, documentation.

As a Product Owner, Analytics at CEVT, you are expected to bring knowledge of working in agile setup with in-house and external delivery teams, as well as having technical experience with data lakes/data warehouse, data provisioning and report development. The job requires excellent solution understanding, structured way of handling activities and good documentation experience.
Product Owner, Analytics will report to the Director of Digital Exploration and Analytics

Responsibilities:

- Owning and prioritizing of Analytics Backlog
- Actively communicate with business units and report owners
- Support the business to define and express their needs/problems/opportunities
- Actively communicate with development teams
- Continues improvement of way of working, supporting the business targets and visions
- Interact with suppliers, partners, and vendors




You have probably experienced something like this:

- Requirement breakdown and business analysis relevant for BI Solutions.
- The Power BI Platform
- Experience in training and coaching users for self-service analytics
- Solid understanding of best practices in Analytics development
- Solid understanding of cloud capabilities and best practices
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize
- Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative
- Fluent in English and preferable Swedish or/and Chinese
- Cultural awareness
- Can-do-attitude, flexible and service minded
- Curious Mind
