Product Owner in Analytics at Anti Financial Crime

- Coordinate, align and prioritize development initiatives alongside senior stakeholders while adopting and implementing best practices and industry leading standards utilizing to advance product development quality and reduce time-to-market.
- Drive and continuously develop the vision and roadmap for analytics development to reach strategic objectives alongside product owners, architects, and security experts.

What is needed in this role:

- Excellent communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences) and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience from leading and managing teams and/or previous responsibility from product owner/managerial roles.
- Degree in IT or related field (or a great reason for not having one). Well versed and experienced in Agile Development frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a genuine interest and experience in innovation and Analytics, AI, Cloud, and emerging technologies.
- Experience coordinating or working with processes/initiatives spanning several business areas and teams.
- A solution-oriented mindset and curiosity to explore and internalize industry best practices to advance value creation.
- Expertise in time, dependency, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
- Understanding/experience of the business domain is meriting; finance, financial crime, cyber security.
- Fluency in English; verbal and written.
