Job Description


We want our stores to be the destination for fashion and inspiration for everyone and your contribution will be to enable our customers’ services such as “Repair and Remake” and “Click n Meet” services and personal shopping. We are now looking for a Product Owner who can start the journey of this product, with great opportunities to shape the future service offerings together with our business colleagues and a great team at your side!
As our Product Owner you will play a key role in defining and developing services that we can offer our customers visiting our stores. The Product ”In-Store Personal Services” resides within the product area Customer Care, in the Customer domain. You will be part of a diverse and distributed team that aims to create maximum customer value. We want every customer to leave with a smile!
What your day will look like:
As a Product Owner, you will take responsibility for the product with full accountability for the business and customer value delivered.
To do this, you will:
Lead a cross-functional product team, work in close collaboration with key stakeholders, and always keep customers at the heart of our focus
Define the strategic vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on an understanding of the market/industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company
Work closely with the Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer, and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, and set objectives and key results (OKRs) that your product will drive towards
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies

Things we look for:
First of all – you need to be passionate about creating an amazing customer experience!
We also believe that you will bring some of the following experiences to our area:
At least 5 years’ experience of leadership and/or experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager
Experience from leading a cross functional team and distributed team onsite and offshore
Experience from leading development projects in a global organization
Good understanding of agile methodology and Scrum
Extra merit if you have experience of store operations and services in stores

Analytical with attention to details
Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently
A team player who easily connect with people and can create a positive working atmosphere

A communicator and strong presentation skills
