Product owner in the furniture industry

In your role as a product owner, you will set, manage and follow up the vision and strategy for your product in close cooperation with experts in cross-functional teams. You need a strong business acumen and guide your team towards current and future goals for the product.

You will:
• Set vision, strategy and metrics for products – existing solutions and to-be developed products
• Manage time, cost, scope, risk, communication, quality and change for the products
• Actively research co-worker needs and apply results
• Define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for your product together with the team and key stakeholders and ensure the team is aligned and working towards the same goals
• Guide and support the team or several teams to ensure everyone is performing to the best of their ability
• Document learnings, adopt a continuous improvement approach and transfer learnings to the teams

• You will need some experience of product- or project management in a corporate setting. The required span depends on the seniority of each position.
• Degree in economics, engineering or another relevant field.
• Professional level English is required, Swedish is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with different competencies.
